AdvanceBlue: Reliable Bluetooth Technology for Those Who Need It

By Stefania Viscusi November 05, 2008
Wireless communications and espically Bluetooth technology, play an important role in the everyday work of fleet operators, first responders and others who must maintain constant communicaitons.

These users can not afford to sacrifice sound quality or reliability when it comes to communicaitons. For this reason, AdvanceTec, a designer and manufacturer of accessories for the wireless telecom, two-way radio and thermal imaging industries, has intrudcoed AdvanceBlue, featuring improved audio quality, an oversized LCD display and a rapid charger so communications are never at risk.

“Our AdvanceBlue will perform better in high-noise environments and provide a better communication experience," said Seymour Kantor, President of AdvanceTec.

The new offering allows these users to safely and clearly communicate with others thanks to a noise canceling microphone and DSP technology for optimal sound. It also includes an exclusive privacy handset and an independent 10-watt external speaker for flexibility and maximum receipt of audio in larger vehicles. The large LCD display also displays text messages, caller ID, phonebook enteries and more, so users can quickly and easily see relevant information.

Earlier this year, research showed more than one billion bluetooth devices are expected to ship this year and will grow at CAGR of 18.1 percent over the 2007–2012 forecast period.

In addition to supporting mobile phone-based voice commands, AdvanceBlue also ensures a phone's battery life will remain throughout an enitre shift thanks to a built-in rapid charger.

The company said this new offering is in response to fleet industry operators who expressed the need for quality transmission and the convenience of Bluetooth technology.
