The Mobile Linux company, Azingo, continues to deliver on its promise of providing a complete Internet experience on mobile devices with its announcement today of Adobe Flash Lite 3.1 support on Azingo Mobile.
Azingo has integrated Adobe Flash Lite into its advanced mobile browser enabling the display of animated Web content and videos and making Adobe Flash available on a Linux mobile platform.
Azingo also announced integrated support for rich mobile applications based on Adobe Flash Lite.
This collaboration enables Azingo Mobile customers to strongly differentiate their mobile devices by offering a richer Web experience and dynamic, animated applications that leverage the power of mobile Linux. In addition, more than one million Adobe Flash developers gain an immediately available mobile Linux platform for delivering applications, which can be developed using the Adobe tools already familiar to them.

Azingo Mobile now delivers rich Flash-based content offering advanced browsing of most Flash-based Web sites, and enabling the display of animations and Flash Player compatible videos that make the mobile Web experience more familiar and complete. Integrated support for Flash Lite applications means that these applications can be immediately deployed on handsets based on Azingo Mobile.

Azingo is based on LiMo Foundation software, a dedicated consortium of mobile industry innovators using an open, governance model to deliver an open and globally consistent Mobile Linux handset software platform for use by the whole mobile industry. The consortium includes more than 50 companies, including Motorola, NEC, NTT DOCOMO, Panasonic, and Samsung.
