Internet of Things event opens applications for Business Impact Awards

Norwalk, CT—November 18, 2015—TMC and Crossfire Media today opened submissions for the IoT Evolution Business Impact Awards . This awards program is an exciting element of IoT Evolution Expo, held January 25-28, 2016 at the Greater Ft. Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The IoT Evolution Business Impact Awards recognize companies and business leaders who have successfully leveraged or integrated IoT to solve a business issue, launch a new service or create a revenue opportunity.

To be considered for the IoT Evolution Business Impact Awards, candidates must submit an application using the online form by November 30, 2015. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the successful launch of an IoT-related project. Implementations may be in commercial, not-for-profit, or government use and for any vertical or application.

“We are crossing the chasm where the word ‘use case’ shows that IoT implementations are not only ready now but are transferable to other industries,” said Carl Ford, CEO, Crossfire Media, executive director of content, IoT Evolution.  The business impact award shows we have crossed the chasm and that IoT knowledge is applicable today.”

IoT Evolution Expo is supported by Diamond Sponsors Multicopter and Telit; Platinum Sponsor Eurotech; Gold Sponsors KORE, Ingenu and Sprint and Corporate sponsors SIMCom and Gemalto.

Registration for IoT Evolution Expo is now open. For more information, contact Frank Coppola at 203-852-6800 x131. For media registration, contact Jessica Seabrook. Companies interested in exhibiting, sponsorship or advertising packages should contact Matthew Gleeson at 203.852.6800 ext. 145.
