In related news, Numerex and Enfora announced a partnership with Intelligent Global Pooling Systems to monitor its all-plastic pallets with embedded RFID tags. iGPS operates pallet rental service offering shippers and receivers with all-plastic pallets with embedded RFID tags.
In the last five years, several companies switched from wood pallets to iGPS' offering. The benefits to iGPS customers include the ability to discretely track the location of each unitized load of products. iGPS' asset visibility and reporting generate savings.
