New Webinar: Learn to Monetize IoT and Earn ROI

By

While navigating the pathway to designing IoT-enabled products, services, and solutions, it’s important to consider costs and how IoT can be monetized as part of your larger strategy. In this upcoming webinar, taking place January 10 at 1 p.m. EST / 10 a.m. PST, attendees can find out how to unlock the complete value of an organization's IoT investment.

While many companies are actively working to navigate the pathway to success when designing IoT-enabled products, services, and solutions, the landscape for IoT monetization is still unmapped. Over the years, the presenters have seen companies approach monetization in a variety of different ways, some more successful than others. What they've learned is that IoT is a combination of hardware and software integrations and, while the complexity of IoT solution components makes the long term assessment of cost and labor more challenging, it can also reveal new revenue streams that are disruptive to current business models.

Presenters:

Dr. Sean Otto currently leads business development for Cyient’s Advanced Analytics team, focused on designing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning models to improve the functionality and reliability of equipment and systems across industries. Leveraging the expertise of Cyient, a global equipment engineering and manufacturing service provider, and the growing advantages of the Internet of Things and connected devices, Dr. Otto and his analytics team bridge the needed gap between technology, operations and business. His focus is on completing the “last mile” of AI and connected experiences in the Internet of Things where most of the long-term value is realized for businesses and their customers.

As chief digital solutions architect for Cyient’s Industrial, Energy, and Natural Resources business unit, Matt Winkler focuses on developing digital solutions by leveraging Cyient’s engineering capabilities to identify and solve clients’ business problems. Over the past 12 years at Cyient, Matt has led a number of teams and executed diverse engineering projects in engineering simulation, mechanical engineering, embedded electronics, and IoT for a variety of global clients in the aerospace, automotive, rail transportation, energy, mining, and heavy equipment domains. He believes every engineering challenge tells a unique story, and the better we understand the characters, the narrative, and the audience, the easier the problem is to solve!

Participating in this webinar will show:

  • The immediate and long-term costs associated with IoT solutions
  • How to approach monetization strategically to avoid common hurdles
  • Several ways to monetize IoT
  • How to maximize returns from your IoT investment

The IoT Evolution Expo, and collocated events, IoT Evolution Health, LPWAN Expo, The Smart City Event, and IIoT Conference, will take place Jan. 29 to Feb 1 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Visit IoTEvolutionExpo.com to register now.
