RiskSense, a risk-based vulnerability prioritization and management company, recently announced it has appointed Alok Damireddy as vice president of engineering. Damireddy, who will be based in RiskSense’s Silicon Valley office, is responsible for product development and managing the company’s global engineering teams in California, New Mexico, and India.

“Alok is a results-oriented executive with an extensive background in cloud-based software development and scaling engineering teams to meet complex product roadmaps and aggressive timelines,” said Srinivas Mukkamala, CEO, RiskSense. “We have set ambitious goals for 2019 and Alok will help ensure our engineering team delivers the exciting enhancements we have planned for the RiskSense cyber risk management platform.”

Alok Damireddy has more than 15 years of software engineering management experience. He joins RiskSense from Reviver Auto where he was VP of Software Engineering responsible for developing the company’s cloud platform for Digital License Plates (DLP), DMVs and other partners.

Previously, Damireddy was VP of Engineering for Leanplum, a leading mobile marketing platform for customer engagement and loyalty. As Head of Mobile, SMB and Data Vault Engineering for Reputation.com, he managed development of the company’s online reputation and customer experience management platform. “RiskSense has redefined cybersecurity risk management with a powerful, cloud-based platform that combines a vast array of security intelligence with human assisted AI to prioritize vulnerability and threat remediation,” said Damireddy. “I look forward to ensuring that RiskSense engineering pushes the envelope with innovative new features, integrations and enhancements that meet and exceed customer needs.”
