Steve Brumer of 151 Research to Join DPOUSA Special Council

In a recent announcement, Steve Brumer, partner at 151 Advisors, has announced that he’s been selected to join the Special Council at DPOUSA, a financial platform that provides companies with access to an investor base of over 30,000 accredited investors and financial institutions. Brumer joins a team of distinguished individuals from a multitude of backgrounds and industries who provide counseling to growth-stage companies seeking investment.

Brumer is a partner and leads the IoT practice at 151 Advisors, a global advisory and execution firm supporting technology companies to monetize the connected world. He has over 25 years of experience in the wireless/mobile space, and has unprecedented knowledge of the industry. Throughout his accomplished career, Brumer has been a dynamic entrepreneur with proven expertise in sales, marketing and channel development.

Prior to joining 151 Advisors, Steve co-founded and served as chief executive officer of Wireless Rain. Additionally, Steve co-founded and served as president of Global Wireless Data (GWD), a national master dealer and value-added distributor of wireless products and services. Under his tenure, GWD grew from a self-funded startup to the largest master dealer for AT&T Wireless, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile and Sprint.

DPOUSA is a financial platform providing companies with visibility of a direct public offering to a growing base of over 30,000 investors and 1,200 media outlets. The DPOUSA Special Council’s focus is to help merge technology with human experience and interaction to create an environment where deals get done. Through its accessibility and appeal to a broader base of capital sources, DPOUSA is a platform for companies at any stage seeking capital from seed to growth to exit.
