By IoTEvolutionWorld News November 17, 2015

Tier 1 distributor for Major UAS Manufacturers of Multicopters, Parts & Accessories to Join Florida Event

Norwalk, CT—November 17, 2015—TMC and Crossfire Media announced today that it has signed on Multicopter Warehouse as a diamond sponsor of the Drone Zone 360, held January 25-28, 2016 at the Greater Ft. Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Drone Zone 360 focuses on the exciting use cases for the remote management and monitoring capabilities enabled by drones within government, enterprise and consumer applications within all sectors including agriculture, construction, energy, mining, film, security and more.  Part of IoT Evolution Expo Show, Drone Zone 360 uniquely combines drone applications with how these solutions are integrated into IoT enabled business processes.

“Modern UAV systems are quickly becoming prevalent across the globe for many different types of applications including mapping, search & rescue, building inspection, real estate, and numerous other industry segments,” said Josh Gilson, CEO of Multicopter Warehouse. “As these industries and uses continue to expand, the UAV simply becomes the ‘thing’ that makes it possible while technologies on the ground continue to increase automation functionality. These are some of the reasons it makes sense to be able to demonstrate some of these technologies at IoT”.

Multicopter Warehouse ® is a Tier 1 distributor for major UAS manufacturers of multicopters, parts and accessories. They specialize in customized kits used for many applications such as Search & Rescue, Crime Scene Investigation, Agriculture, GIS Mapping & Professional Cinema Aerial Photography. Additionally, Multicopter Warehouse designs, develops, fabricates custom parts and accessories and does all repairs in-house based on client’s needs. At IoT Evolution Expo, Multicopter Warehouse will be displaying and demoing different UAV platforms and their functionality.

“For most of IoT the internet is the transport and the thing is stationary or slightly mobile. Drone Zone 360 demonstrates the unique value that expands the concept of mobility in relation to ‘things’” said Carl Ford, CEO, Crossfire Media, executive director of content, IoT Evolution. “Multicopeter Warehouse brings the synergy of mobile placement to remote business intelligence. This expands the analytics to include critical field information.
